Hearthless privacy summary
This summary explains how Pixelpond handles information submitted through the Hearthless closed beta flow and related public landing page services.
What we collect
If you request Hearthless alpha access, we collect the email address and platform preference you submit plus basic abuse-prevention metadata such as a hashed IP address, user agent, referrer, and submission timing. Your email is added to the confirmed waitlist only after you click the verification link.
How it is used
Your verified email is used for Hearthless beta access and related launch updates. It is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated Pixelpond marketing lists. Platform preference is used to plan alpha tester coverage across Android and iOS.
Service providers
Verification and waitlist records are stored with Supabase. Verification, confirmation, and admin notification emails are sent through Resend. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used only if a public analytics token is configured.
Removal requests
You can ask to remove your beta email at any time using the contact address below. Removal from the waitlist does not affect any legal, security, or abuse-prevention records that Pixelpond is required to keep for a limited period.
